On June 24, 2025, Professor Chen Hong, Head of the Chinese Language Program at Loyola University Maryland, and her delegation visited SISU. The heads of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange and the School of International Studies attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Shen Huaqiao introduced the distinctive characteristics of SISU’s educational model, and the university’s achievements in Teaching Chinese as a foreign Language. He also expressed a strong intention to deepen cooperation with Loyola University Maryland across multiple fields.

Chen Hong provided an overview of the Chinese Language Program at Loyola University Maryland, emphasizing the university’s commitment to Chinese language education and its partnerships with Chinese higher education institutions. She expressed the hope of enhancing interactions between the two institutions.
