On February 17, the Confucius Classroom at Siyuan Academia de Lengua China held 2024 Chinese New Year Gala at the UNP Theater in Quito. Nearly 300 guests gathered to celebrate the Chinese Loong Year. The guests included the representatives from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Ecuador, Chinese enterprises, the Confucius Institute at the University of San Francisco de Quito, and Ministry of Foreign Affair, Ministry of Culture, and Ministry of Education, along with teachers, students, and parents from Siyuan Academia de Lengua China.
