On February 29, the Consul General of Austria in Chengdu, Günther Lazelsberger, and his delegation visited SISU.

President Dong Hongchuan and Vice President Zhu Chaowei met with the Consul General and his delegation.The two sides consented on strengthening education and culture exchanges and cooperation between SISU and Austrian universities.

Later, Consul General Lazelsberger joined in a friendly exchange with the faculty and students of the German Language Department.
