二、医药费报销 Medical Reimbursement

1. 正式发票（发票抬头写川外） Formal Invoice (Please put SISU as invoice title.)

备注：如医院或药房告知您医疗费只能开具个人发票，则无需用川外作抬头。

Note: If the hospital or pharmacy requires you to leave your personal information for the invoice title, then there is no need to put SISU as invoice title.
