From July 1 to 5, Vice President Yan Gongjun led a delegation to Malaysia to promote international cooperation with Higher Education Learning Philosophy(HELP) University and other institutions.

The delegation visited HELP University, HELP International School, the Melaka Gateway, and the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, and signed a new round of Memorandum of Understanding with HELP University.
