On the afternoon of October 20, Mr. Bertrand Besancenot, French ambassador to China, along with his delegation, visited SISU.

During the meeting, President Dong Hongchuan expressed the hope of carrying out further cooperation between SISU and French universities and research institutions to promote the cultivation of French language talents.

Ambassador Besancenot noted that 2024 marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. He hoped to take this opportunity to deepen exchanges and enhance the friendship between the two countries.

After the meeting, Ambassador Besancenot and his delegation had a friendly exchange with teachers and students from French Department and the Sino-French Logistics Management program on topics such as Sino-French trade cooperation and information on studying in France.
