October 21, Anthony Forster, President of University of Essex, and Vanessa Potter, Vice-President for international business visited SISU. President Li Keyong and President Anthony Forster reviewed the exchanges and cooperations between the two universities during the past 10 years, especially the forge of 3+1 international combined bachelor-master degree program. In order to celebrate the cooperation achievements during the past 10 years between the two universities, President Anthony Forster awarded the 10-year Cooperation Honorable Certificate to President Li Keyong. Besides, both parties exchanged ideas about the expansion of cooperation methods as joint doctoral program, teacher exchange, research cooperation, and joint publication.

After the meeting, both parties attended the opening ceremony of the 2019 international organization talents experimental class in International Relations School.
