October 22, President of Voronezh State University and delegates visited SISU. President Li Keyong and Vice-President Li Xiaochuan received the guests.

Both parties had a meeting where President Li Keyong expressed warm welcome and sincere gratitude to President and delegates of Voronezh State University. He reviewed the inter-university cooperation history which began from last century and the achievements ever since, put forward that the two universities should base on the similarities to diversify cooperation and exchange programs and promote high-level collaborative academic research.

After the meeting, the two parties renewed the cooperation agreement.
