From June 25 to 30, Lu Bo, Vice President of SISU, led a delegation to visit Lomé, Togo, to attend the 13th Council Meeting of the Confucius Institute at the University of Lomé. The delegation also met with Chao Weidong, the Chinese Ambassador to Togo, and held talks with the head of the Togo branch of DECH Holdings Group.
