From October 7th to 14th, Vice President Zhu Chaowei and his delegation visited Russia and Belarus, successively negotiating cooperation with the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, St. Petersburg State University, Belarusian State Economic University, Minsk State Linguistic University, and Belarusian State University.

During this visit to Russia and Belarus, Vice President Zhu Chaowei and his delegation enhanced mutual understanding with higher education institutions in the twocountries, reached a consensus on promoting inter-university cooperation in flexible and diverse ways.
