On November 5, the second term of the Chinese language training course for the Ecuadorian National Police was inaugurated at the auditorium of the General Command of Ecuador.

At the opening ceremony, Wei Lin, Political Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Ecuador, expressed the hope that the participants could experience the charm of Chinese language and culture through this training course.

Nelson Patricio Almendariz Sánchez, Director of Education for the National Police of Ecuador, encouraged the trainees to study Chinese diligently and improve their language skills.

This Chinese language training course for the National Police enrolled 58 students and will last for six months, aiming to help police officers better handle various incidents involving the Chinese community.
