On May 18 and 21, the 23^rd Chinese Bridge: Chinese Proficiency Competition for International University Students and the 4th Chinese Bridge: Chinese Proficiency Competition for International Primary School Students, Russian division final was held in Novosibirsk. 3 students from the Confucius Institute at the Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod State (LUNN) participated the competition - one at the primary school level and two at the university level. After fierce competition, the pupil contestant Maria won a Third prize, while the college students Anna and Ailya received Outstanding Award.
