On June 19, 2025, a delegation led by Stephen Wu Ghee Kean, Vice Chancellor of HELP University Malaysia, visited SISU. Gou Chaoli, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee, met with the guests. Relevant responsible persons from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange and the International School of Business Administration attended the meeting.

Gou Chaoli introduced the school-running characteristics of SISU and expressed the intention to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with HELP University Malaysia. Stephen Wu Ghee Kean expressed willingness to promote cooperation and exchanges between the two universities in areas such as inter-university collaboration, credit recognition, Sino-foreign cooperative education, and short-term exchange programs.

Relevant responsible persons from the International School of Business Administration conducted in-depth discussions with HELP University Malaysia on student exchange programs, study-abroad initiatives, and other related matters.
