At 9: 30 a.m. on March 11, local time, the opening ceremony of the online teaching project of International Chinese Teacher Scholarship was held. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhu Yushan, Chinese director of Confucius Institute at University of Lome. Zeng Chuanfang, dean of School of International Studies, announced the start of the project. Aboudou, the foreign directorof the Confucius Institute, expressed his gratitude to SISU for organizing such courses, which set up a platform for high-level Chinese learners in Togo. A total of twenty-one students of this Confucius Institute got scholarships in this project. They will begin their online one-semester study on March 15.
