On the morning of April 13, 2003, Dr. Gu Lihui of University of California, Los Angeles paid a visit to our university. Vice President Yue Yong met the guest in the Gele café and extended sincere welcome to him.

During the talks, they exchanged views on teachers’ training, student exchange programs and summer courses at University of California, Los Angeles and both parties shared the willingness for further exchanges and cooperation as soon as possible.

Prof. Chen Gong, deputy director of Office of International Cooperation & Exchanges and Prof. Gu Jincheng, deputy Dean of the College of International Education also participated in the meeting.
