由中国教育国际交流协会、日本华人教授会议、日本经济新闻社共同举办的第九届“中华全国日语演讲大赛”四川外国语大学邀请赛于2014年11月23日在西区A报告厅隆重举行。我校副校长乐勇出席并致辞，他鼓励大家通过日语演讲比赛，激发学习日语的热情，促进日语水平提高，并增进中日两国人民之间的友谊以及加深相互之间的了解。
此次邀请赛由国际合作与交流处与日语系共同承办，应用外语学院、大学外语教学部协办。共有来自日语系、应用外语学院、大学外语教学部选派的16名同学参加。比赛分为命题演讲和即席演讲两部分，各占选手总成绩的60％和40％。命题演讲部分，选手就“共筑地球村——年轻人的责任”或“给十年后的自己写封信”各抒己见，畅所欲言。即席演讲题目由评委在演讲开始前集中讨论产生，涉及到学习、工作、生活等多个方面。
经过激烈角逐，日语系2011级胡凌同学摘冠。晋学新、黄芳、杨伟、杨羽获优秀指导教师奖。
第九届中华全国日语演讲比赛分为邀请赛和决赛两个部分。邀请赛在全国16所高校举行，每个赛区邀请赛一等奖获得者将于2015年2月2日赴日本东京参加决赛。
此次比赛得到了中国驻日本大使馆、中国日本友好协会、中国教育报、中国高等教育杂志、中国教育电视台以及日本国外务省、日本国文部科学省、日本国际交流基金会、NHK和日本语教育学会等单位的大力支持。
The Ninth National Japanese Speech Contest SISU Preliminary Contest Held Successfully
On November 23th, 2014, The Ninth National Japanese Speech Contest SISU preliminary Contest held successfully at Lecture Hall A (Teaching Building A), western campus. Yue Yong, vice president of SISU, made an opening address. He encouraged students to stimulate the enthusiasm to learn Japanese and promote their Japanese ability through the contest so that they could deepen their understanding of Japanese culture.
This contest was co-hosted by the International Office and Japanese Department. 16 students from Japanese Department, College of Applied Foreign Language and Department of College Foreign Language Teaching took part in it. All of them had an excellence performance. The topic involved many aspects of learning, work and life.
After fierce competition, Hu Ling from Japanese Department won the championship. He would go to Japan to participate the final contest in February, 2015.
