On April 15, 2013, Kim, Yong-chun, Business-General of Busan International Exchange Foundation, visited SISU. Prof. Yue Yong, Vice President of SISU, received guests in Gele Café in the library on Western Campus, and expressed warm welcome to the Korean guests.

The Busan International Exchange Foundation which is a part of the Busan city government is committed to expanding full range of civil exchange with foreign sister cities.

During the talks, both sides discussed areas of establishing a long-term academic cooperative partnership and cultivating high-quality talents jointly.

In SISU, Prof. Chen Gong, the deputy director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges, Prof. Luo Wenqing and Prof. Huang Jincai, Dean and Deputy Dean of School of Oriental Languages and Literature and Prof. Zeng Chuanfang, Dean of College of International Education attended the meeting.
