On February 14, 2019, the second council meeting of the Exchange and Cooperation Network of Think Tank between China and Central & East European Countries (short for 16+1 think tank network) was held in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. SISU became the council member in this conference, and Pro. Wu Bing in College of International Relations was nominated as the councilor who also introduced the research conducted by SISU on regional teaching in Central and East Countries.
