On September 18, the official signing and establishing ceremony of Land-Sea New Passage Foreign Service Industry Chinese and Foreign Cultural Exchange Research Institute was held in SISU. Du Kewei, Head of Chinese and Foreign Cultural Exchange Center of Ministry of Education, and Li Keyong, President of SISU, signed an agreement officially in representation of the two cooperating parties respectively. And they both unveiled the nameplate ofLand-Sea New Passage Foreign Service Industry Chinese and Foreign Cultural Exchange Research Institute.
