On September 19th, local time, "Confucius Institute Open Day" and Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations were held by the Confucius Institute at Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod to celebrate its 10th anniversary. A series of popular traditional Chinese activities were held, such as the tea ceremony, moon-cake-making, and Tai Chi performance etc., which attracted attention of the Russian media.
