From November 25 to 29, 2024, Chaoli Gou, Deputy Party Secretary of SISU, led a delegation to Mexico to bolster Confucius Institute construction and inter-university collaboration.

The delegation engaged in discussions at the Tijuana and Mexicali campuses of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), where they conducted site inspections of proposed spaces for the future Confucius Institute.

The visit reinforceds SISU’s partnership with UABC. The two sides reacheds consensus on collaborative initiatives for the Confucius Institute’s establishment and academic exchange programs.
