On the afternoon of December 5, Michele Carlisle, Director of the Confucius Institute of the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center, visited SISU.

Vice President Zhu Chaowei expressed that since SISU officially partnered with the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center in 2021, the Chinese cultural experiences activities and various Chinese language competitions organized by the center have promoted the development of the Confucius Institute.

At the meeting, Michele Carlisle presented the 2022 Final Accounts Report and the 2022 Annual Work Report of the Confucius Institute.

Finally, on behalf of the Chinese International Education Foundation, Zhu presented Michele Carlisle the Honorary Medal for Confucius Institute Directors, thanking her for her diligent contributions over the past thirteen years.
