In the face of the shortage of epidemic prevention materials, Chinese deans of Confucius Institute at Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University and Confucius Institute at University of Lome asked SISU for emergent help.

SISU raised those supplies actively and sent them abroad immediately. The supplies included facial masks, gloves and disinfection tablets. President Dong Hongchuan also sent concerned letters to them.
