From June 14 to 16, the first Chinese Speech-language Pathology Higher Education Forum was held in East China Normal University. Morn than 300 experts and academicians of over 140 units from 5 countriesattended this Forum. Doctoral Supervisor, Professor Jiang Meng, Vice Dean of Department of Language Intelligence Department, Director of Language and Brain Science Research Center,attended the convention as a member of the academic committee and gave reports. Constitution of Chinese Speech-language Pathology Association was passed and the first nationwideExpert consensus of Chinese Speech-language Pathology Association(2019) was announced on spot in the convention.  

SISU has established postgraduates cultivating direction of Language Pathology under Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics in 2017, and has started to enroll students from then on.
