On May 9, The 14th Council of Confucius Institute at University of Lome was held in the meeting room A301 in Lide Building. A delegation from University of Lome led by the First Vice President BATAWILA attended the meeting.Dong Hongchuan, President of Sichuan International Studies University, and Gou Chaoli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, met with the guests.

At the meeting, Deputy Secretary Guo welcomed the delegation from University of Lome and expressed appreciation for the support to Confucius Institute. First Vice President BATAWILA expressed congratulations on the anniversary of SISU and the hope of jointly promoting the development of the Confucius Institute. Foreign Dean  ABOUDOU then delivered the financial and work report, detailing the annual work as well as income and expenditure situation.

All the participants affirmed the work and achievements of the Confucius Institute at University of Lome, and had a full exchange on the future work.
