On January 8, 2019, Professor Liu Yumei, Dean of the School of International Relationsin SISU, and Professor Wu Bing,were invited to participate in the 2018 Annual Meeting of the China National Association for International Studies held at the Diaoyutai Hotel in Beijing. In the morning, Le Yucheng, the alternate member of the 19th Central Committee and Vice Foreign Minister, made a keynote report on 'The Current International Situation and Chinese Diplomacy". In the afternoon, experts and scholars conducted in-depth discussions on the two issues, i.e., "The development of China's diplomatic theorysince the implementof the reform and opening up" and "The innovation of China's diplomatic practice since the implementof the reform and opening up".
