Confucius Institute at the Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod organizes online tour of Pushkin's Path
On May 7, 2024, to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia, as well as the 225th anniversary of the birth of the Russian poet Alexander Pushkin, collaborating with the Department of Tourism Development and External Relations of Nizhny Novgorod and the 29th Middle School of Nizhny Novgorod, the Confucius Institute at the Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod (LUNN) organized an unique online tour of "Pushkin's Path". The event attracted more than 150 Chinese teachers and students.
Through a online live stream in both Russian and Chinese, the tour guided the audience on an immersive journey to explore historical relics in Nizhny Novgorod that Pushkin had visited, including the Manor House of Baroness de Morinheim, the Aristocratic Assembly Building, the Governor's Mansion, and other fifteen landmarks.
