On March 20, Zeng Zhen, Secretary of CPC Branch of Oriental Languages and Literature, Vice Dean Huang Jincai, Zhao Yinchuan, Director of the Thai Language Teaching and Research Office, and Huang Huaxian, Director of the Vietnamese Graduate Teaching and Research Office, visited Royal Thai Consulate General in Chengdu. The two sides talked about the talent cultivation and discussed on providing Thai major volunteers to the Consulate.
