On the morning of April 21, the Confucius Institute at East Central Ohio Educational Service Center held the 1st council video meeting with participants including Holly Branch, the principle of East Central Ohio Educational Service Center, Michele Carlisle, the director of the Confucius Institute, and other heads of its departments such as , Matt Kingand Nic Brown. President Dong Hongchuan and vice president Zhu Chaowei of SISU, Zhang Youbin，the director of office of International Cooperation and Exchange and Yu Quanhui, the director of Office of Finance attended the meeting.

Both parties discussed on the following plan about the Confucius Institute and exploring a broader cooperation area. Both of them showed great determination to support the development of the Confucius Institute.
