Dong Hongchuan, President of SISU, attended the 35th Annual Meeting of the Collaborative Group of China Foreign Studies Universities and the 3rd Presidents’ Forum of the Global Alliance of Foreign Studies Universitiesheld in Beijingfrom September 25 to 26, 2021.

At the beginning of the forum, President Dong Hongchuan signed the Global Language Education Community Initiative (Beijing 2021) with representatives from other foreign studies universities. Then, he made a keynote speech and expressed his opinions on expanding the opening-up of higher education in the new era.
