From January 13th to 18th, 2019, SISU delegation led by vice president Dong Hongchuan visited Tlemcen university in Algeria and negotiated about cooperation and exchange programs. During the visit, they attended the graduation ceremony of 29 exchange students from Department of Arabic Studies, SISU, who completed their studies at the University of Tlemcen.
